Halifax was working as a mercenary specializing in stolen technology when he was hired to acquire a stealth assault suit that makes the wearer virtually invisible. He liked the suit so much that he disregarded his employers and kept it for himself. Wraith is protected from weapons fire by impenetrable ceramic plates and is an expert marksman with the built-in forearm cannons. The only flaw in the suit is that Wraith's outline can be seen if he moves too fast, but by then he is so close that his target only gets a quick, shadowy glimpse before the end.
