Bill Lewis was a brilliant young business men who created his own multi-million dollar company. He became a defense contractor providing analysis, training development, and integrated logistics support to the U.S. government. Just as Lewis was at the peak of his success, a corrupt group of government officials terminated his contract and charged him with treason. The group, led by General Mitchell Tate, framed Lewis to take the fall for their own traitorous activities. Before he could be put on trial for the crimes, Lewis faked his death. Going into hiding, he obtained plastic surgery to help conceal his true identity. Lewis used ponzi and pyramid schemes to build up a small fortune which he used to finance the beginnings of a paramilitary organization. He searched the globe for other like-minded individuals who also want to see the government subverted and destroyed. These individuals, with Lewis as their leader, have declared war on the United States of America!
