H.I.S.S. Commanders are the best H.I.S.S. Drivers in Cobra's ranks. Subsequently they lead H.I.S.S. tank columns into battle. Their other major responsibility is serving as Cobra Commander's personal drivers. When Cobra Commander is leading his troops from the turret of a H.I.S.S. tank, it will certainly be a H.I.S.S. Commander in the driver's seat.
