Subject is the third man to have the name "Red Jackal." The first was subject's grandfather, James McCullen XXIII. The second was a Red Shadows tank driver named Anton Nobokov. Nobokov was given the name by Baron Ironblood as an insult to the McCullen Clan because Destro chose to be part of Cobra and not the Red Shadows.
